Emre Kose

Emre is a pathologist who specialises in digital pathology, which involves the use of computer vision and machine learning. He studied medicine at Inonu University (Turkey), worked as an emergency physician and subsequently completed his pathology residency at Mersin University (Turkey).

As an analytical scientist within the ICR, he is focused on modern neural networks and their applications in both haematoxylin and eosin (H&E) and multiplex immunofluorescence whole slide images, including integrating multi-omics data for developing solutions to clinically relevant classification problems and prediction of clinical outcomes.
